The design was approached with the idea that a work place is not just used by its employees but also the clients/ customers walking in. Hence, to improve the customer experience in the customer service area by providing for a better system for seating along with a surface for writing was identified as the need of the hour in the post office environment.
‘Office Office’ for customer service area was designed as an academic project for Masters at CEPT University under the guidance of Kaulav Bhagat.
